After an EP that showed good style, in the spring of 2011 Seapony released their debut album, “Go With Me”. It was a work that had its own charm, but which didn’t quite live up to expectations, tending towards a languid, sweet brand of pop. A few months later, they are back with new energy in “Falling”, a work that besides looking back to the decade of the 60s, also contains bits of dream-pop, twee, fuzz-pop and more rock than was present in their debut. You can hear the results for yourself in the stream, offered to us by Hardly Art. The album goes on sale next Tuesday.
