After compiling tonnes of unreleased material and rarities in his self-titled box for Ninja Tune, Amon Tobin has reclaimed his hip hop-inclined project Two Fingers to release " Stunt Rhythms", his second album under this alias. The work is modelled on the song “ Fools Rhythm” - which is included in the compilation " 20th anniversary 'XX' Boxset" from Ninja Tune - to create thirteen tracks that occupy a space somewhere between the patterns of classic hip hop and the production dynamics of British bass music. So it’s a collection of songs that bring together freshness and intensity, colourful melodies with pounding bass and rhythms that are as intricate as they are infectious. The release is slated for 1st October via Big Dada. Here we leave you with a first advance, as well as the entire tracklist.
