In the wake of his brilliant “Tragedy & Geometry” (Kranky, 2011), Steve Hauschildt returns to Kranky with “Sequitur”. Faithful to the usual coordinates of his work, the album is once again dominated by the kosmische spirit and floods of synthesized beauty, bringing together galactic introspection, robotic melancholy and exuberant progressions. To give shape to the eight songs that make it up, the Emeralds musician has created an amalgam of up to 20 different instruments that trace a trajectory from the 60s to the present. The release is scheduled for 12th November, and for the moment we can only hear two short advances from it. We leave them for you here, along with the tracklist and the cover art.
