After a huge series of four 10” records dedicated to exploring of the limits of future-garage and post-dubstep with technoid tendencies, the elusive spatial announces the release of his first album. It’s self-titled and will be out on infrasonics, his own label. It’s not exactly an album proper, but a compilation of the eight tracks of the aforementioned singles, plus five tracks that were previously free downloads as a bonus for those same releases. The news is that it’s the first time the material will be available on CD, giving the non-vinyl junkies the possibility of enjoying the work of the digi-dub champion. Those who were already following the mysterious Londoner know what we can expect: synthetic, obsessively clean sounds, a mix of aseptic digital tidiness and rave influenced, Detroit-like strings, invigorating chords and a lot of machine-funk . The record will be available on 25th April.
