The announcement of a new official album by Plaid, eight long years after “Spokes” (Warp, 2003), will have woken up many a fan. One of them, impatient, didn't hesitate to upload the album, which forced the label to change its release plans. The release of “Scintilli” was set for 26th September, but Warp decided to respond to the leaking of the record, advancing the launch three weeks. Yesterday, the label announced that “Scintilli” is now available digitally via Bleep. The physical formats, including the special edition called “Muda Na Mono CD Pack”, will be kept on pre-order until 26th September, but those who have ordered it will get a download code. If you did pre-order it, you only need to go to your Bleep account to download the album.
