New songs in November

Michael Jackson

As was foreseen, Sony Music Entertainment has confirmed that this coming November there will be a new album by their highest-selling artist, Michael Jackson, who has sold 35 million records since the day he died. The album, still without title, will include ten previously unreleased songs, tracks recovered from Jackson’s personal archive from different eras, including unapproved songs from the Bad era to recordings from sessions the King of Pop made in 2006 with will.i.am ( Black Eyed Peas). Frank DiLeo (Jackson’s manager) and Rodney Jerkins (producer of 2001’s Invincible, Jacko’s last living album) have supervised the project on behalf of Sony Music, who last March paid US$ 250 million for the rights to exploit post-mortem Michael Jackson.
