It looks like the people around Lil Wayne are working hard on the return of the über-rapper to public life. If everything goes well his good behaviour could have Wayne back on the streets as soon as 5th November, according to the calculations of lawyers and the penitentiary. That same day “Tha Carter IV” could be released, an album that already received an official release date last year (December 15th). Mack Maine, president of Young Money Entertainment, told MTV News, "The plans we had and still have are to put Tha Carter IV out the day he comes out [of prison]... He had so many songs for Tha Carter IV, we said let's just put these ten songs out and double-back for Tha Carter IV." The ten songs Maine is referring to will be released on “I Am Not A Human” on 27th September, coinciding with Dwayne Michael Carter Jr.’s birthday. Meanwhile, Wayne’s keeping himself busy selecting the tracks that will be included on his new album via telephone. Even behind bars, Wayne is the boss.
