Things move quickly in the world of How To Dress Well, the personal vehicle of Brooklynite Tom Krell, who has a history in drone circles, and who, for work and study related reasons, now resides in Köln, Germany. His most recent single, “ Ready for the World ” (which is in reality his first official release after various self-published EPs, which were distributed free through his blog), first saw the light barely fifteen days ago through the label Lefse. However, there are already some details about what will be his first LP. Krell has decided to go back to some of these tracks that appear on the EPs and work on them a bit in order to perfect his personal sound formula enough so that it could be described as tripped-out R&B pop, almost always whispered and preferring to hide behind the cloudy veil of undefined lo-fi. The album, titled “ Love Remains”, will be available in shops on 21st September also via Lefse.
