The Streets, Mumford & Sons and more

The Streets FIB 2011 After announcing some of the headliners (Arcade Fire, Portishead, The Strokes and Primal Scream), Festival Internacional de Benicàssim is now starting to fill up the spaces in its line-up. Yesterday, the FIB crew confirmed ten new names. From the UK come Mumford & Sons (between folk and bluegrass), The Streets (presenting “Computer and Blues”, their new and final album) and Veronica Falls (indie-pop with a pinch of noise). The rest of the confirmations, apart from Mexican Julieta Venegas, are Spanish artists: Lori Meyers, CatPeople, The Coronas, Grupo Salvaje, The Marzipan Man and Smile are the first of six Spanish bands on the FIB 2011 line-up.
