Deptford Goth is Daniel Woolhouse, a young man living in Peckham, a district south of London. On 17th October, Merok Records will release Woolhouse's first official record, “Youth II EP”, a four-tracker on which the Briton expands his pop based on guitars and pianos to a more electronic territory. Although some people might think he's part of the drag/witch house scene because of that name, his music is influenced by many sounds - from synthetic pop to dub step, R&B and soul - in the vein of people like How To Dress Well. Listen to two of the beautiful and intriguing tracks off of the EP, “No Man” and “Real Love Fantasy”.
