At the end of August, we found out that Lana Del Rey would be starring in an advertising campaign for the new model of Jaguar cars, the F-Type. Adrian Hallmark, the company’s Global Brand Director, said then that authenticity and modernity were the two features shared by the artist and Jaguar. Well, since Lana Del Rey is a singer before she’s a model—at least for the time being—the New Yorker has also put the campaign to music. Last week, Lana performed “Burning Desire” at the car’s launch party in Paris. Fragments of this same song will also be played in the advert for the new Jaguar model. You’ll have to wait almost until the end to hear Lana’s voice.
