A black day for Fleetwood Mac. Bob Welch, who was a guitarist and vocalist with the legendary band from 1971 to 1974, ended his life with a gunshot to the chest. According to a statement from the Nashville police spokesman, the body was found by his wife, who said that Welch had been having serious health problems recently that hadn’t been made public.
Welch, apart from his years with Fleetwood Mac, is also known for having formed the rock band Paris in 1976, and for certain solo hits like “ Ebony Eyes” and “ Sentimental Lady”. To pay our respects, we leave you with this last song.
