Ed Banger Records is a dance music label from Paris. It was started by Pedro Winter, also known as Busy P, manager of bands like Cassius, Cosmo Vitelli, Daft Punk (until 2008) and the label's artists. Since its creation in 2002, the platform has been releasing French artists only. They quickly gained notoriety with the release of “Never Be Alone” by Justice vs Simian, their second reference. Many of the most interesting artists from France have found a home on the label, such as Justice, SebastiAn, Uffie and DJ Mehdi (who recently passed away). Though they've been around for ten years, their catalogue isn't very extensive, reaching number 50 in 2011. Most of their releases are on 12-inch vinyl.
