Triangulating again

Scuba | Music News

Scuba Paul Rose

This is a great day for appendix-albums, re-editions and remixes. These New Puritans, Forest Sword, Caribou, and now... Paul Rose, the owner of the Hotflush album and the promoter of the huge Sub:stance parties (tonight there’s one with Paul Spymania, Egyptrixx, James Blake, Addison Groove and Rose himself at Berlin’s Berghain) has decided to release his second album as Scuba. “Triangulation”, first released in late March this year, now gains a complementary release featuring remixes (five, by FaltyDL, Joe, Deadbeat, Deadboy and Will Saul & Mike Monday) and cover versions (Scuba himself has signs his name to two remakes of his own songs). This mini album, called “Triangulation (Interpretations)”, will be only available together with the original album. Like an old Jamaican single with a dub version on the B side, though this is a double CD release. Out on 15th November via Hotflush.
