Two years after “The Monitor” (XL, 2010), Titus Andronicus are back with a new collection of songs on which they show they can do good things when they slow down a bit, too. “Local Business”, their third album, could be the one with the least punky and most accessible tracks to date. Officially, the record will be out on 22nd October, but, thanks to the good people of NPR, we can already stream it online, as many times as we want.
