Paul Dixon has decided to close the door on his project David's Lyre. As the star explains on a post on his Facebook page, David's Lyre managed to get a recording contract with a major record company barely six months after starting his adventure, but around the Christmas holidays last year, this relationship was broken off. Now the album is finished, but without a label to release it. For this reason, Paul has decided to turn the page and move on to new projects - but not without first offering us his first and only album as David's Lyre in digital format. You can listen to “Picture Of Our Youth” on the player that we have left under these lines; it’s a work that brings together the best of British indie pop in recent years (names like Foals or Wild Beasts come to mind).
