biggest step outside of Spain yet. It couldn't have been a bigger success: over 31,000 people visited Parque Anhembi in São Paulo to experience the 50 performances programmed by Sónar and its Brazilian partners, and over 400 journalists from Brazil and other Latin American countries covered the festival, unanimously praising the high artistic level of a cultural event that is unique for the city. Moreover, the Brazilian government considered Sónar São Paulo as a “cultural event of national interest”. Quite the kick-start.

We told you on the eve of the event that part of the concerts could be streamed live on the event's YouTube channel, but those were not the only performances filmed. In the past few hours, some of the best moments of the festival have been uploaded to the same channel. After the jump you can see gigs by people such as Austra, James Pants, Little Dragon, Four Tet, Rustie and Chromeo, among others.
