The xx Set A Date For Their Second Album | Music News

All of that new (promising) material that was played in their opening concerts in London has raised expectations around The xx’s second album, at least around here. So, before the heat subsides, the trio has decided to set the date for the arrival of an album that they have recorded at their own pace over the last seven months, in the studio that they have built themselves in London. With a laconic one-line message written on the home page of their official website, The xx confirm that the album will be titled “Coexist”, and it will be out on 10th September via Young Turks. That and a new promotional photo (the one you see above these lines) are all they’re giving us for the moment.
