It was announced in mid-August that the arrival of the G.O.O.D. Music family album, initially scheduled for 4th September, would be delayed until the 18th of this month. Kanye West has taken advantage of this couple of weeks’ margin to finish up collaborations that make “Cruel Summer” an even more anxiously-awaited album. Besides 'Ye and his buddies Big Sean, Pusha T, Common, D’Banj, John Legend, CyHi The Prynce, Mos Def, Kid Cudi and Teyana Taylor - all members of the G.O.O.D. Music label - heavyweights in the sport of rhyme and modern R&B such as Jay-Z, Ghostface Killah, Raekwon, R. Kelly and The-Dream also appear in the album credits, as well as “new” cats of rap like 2 Chainz and Chief Keef. It won’t be long now until we hear how the party sounds.
