On 11th June, German producer Martin Gretschmann will release his first full-length under his moniker Acid Pauli, on Clown & Sunset, Nicolas Jaar's label. Also known for his project Console, and as a member of The Notwist, Gretschmann has been releasing trance-like electro-techno singles since the mid 00s, on labels such as Disko B, Resopal and his own Smaul Recordings. No further details are known about “mst”, but according to the label, “Acid isn’t trying to tell stories with his work. His aim is more holistic than that. mst extends the atmospherics past the dance floor, refracting the idiosyncrasies of our existence back into our everyday lives.” As soon as we can translate those cryptic words into something sonically tangible, we'll let you know.
