We can think of many artists who could do a decent version of Radiohead's “Street Spirit (Fade Out)”. Many. But The Darkness wasn't one of them. However, the Britons have been playing the tune live for ages, and now - to the delight of some and the shock of others - they recorded it for their upcoming album, “Hot Cakes”, due out on 21st August. Listen to the track below, but beware: hardcore fans of the Oxford group may suffer a cardiac arrest.
