Lil Wayne Breaking Records

The rapper has been on the Billboard Hot 100 more often than Elvis Presley

Lil Wayne Breaking Records | Music News

Though in recent times, Lil Wayne is more interested in skating than in music (in fact, he's about to open a skate park in New Orleans, in the Lower 9th Ward, one of the areas that suffered the most from hurricane Katrina), his records keep breaking all records. Now, Weezy has broken Elvis Presley's Billboard Hot 100 hit-holding record. His latest collaboration with Game on the single “Celebration” has taken him to surpass Elvis, who has been on the list 108 times. Technically, Wayne has the new record with 109 hits, though only 42 of the entries are actually his own songs; the rest are collaborations with other artists.
