Jay-Z And Rihanna At The Olympic Games In London | Music News

We knew that music would be taking the centre stage, so to speak, at the closing ceremony of London 2012. Blur, Madness and New Order, among others (we fear Keith Moon won't accept the invite) will be playing at Hyde Park on 12th August to bid farewell to the Olympic Games. However, Business Week informs that Rihanna and Jay-Z will be headlining the BBC Radio 1 Hackney Weekend 2012, held on 23rd and 24th June as part of the Olympics' cultural program, which will include all the arts. Florence + the Machine, Jack White, David Guetta and Tinie Tempah are confirmed for the Hackney Weekend as well.
