The music video is doing very well, thank you. On one hand, low-cost, self-made pieces are popping up everywhere, and on the other, the few artists who can still afford a bit extra are increasingly moving towards spectacular movie-style clips. And like in film, these days any self-respecting big-budget video can do without a trailer. For reference see Justice's video a few days ago (with the French duo releasing a "making of”), and now Jack White is doing the same with the Hype Williams-directed video of “Freedom at 21”. Road stories with a bit of Tarantino action, female cops and rock & roll. The video will premiere next Monday, here goes the teaser.
