ATP Concerts LTD, the company responsible for the prestigious events All Tomorrow’s Parties, I’ll Be Your Mirror, Nightmare Before Christmas and Don't Look Back, has gone into liquidation. In the past few days, documents have surfaced that confirm that ATP director Barry Hogan met with his creditors on 28th June in order to realise the formal declaration of the state of things in the company and start organising its liquidation. It's also come to light that, since 31st May, all activities previously handled by ATP Concerts are now in the hands of a newly created company, Willwal LTD.
On Tuesday, ATP tweeted the following message: “To address the rumours going around, there are some changes currently happening within the company, however none of the currently scheduled events or future events will be affected. To reaffirm, there’s nothing to panic or worry about, all future shows definitely going ahead, more info to follow.” A further explanation of the changes mentioned has yet to be released.
