After investing in Neon Indian (the recent video for “Sleep Paralysist” has been here in the Media section for just three days), the people at Mountain Dew have decided to put their money into the oceanic and carefree punk-pop of Nathan Williams, Wavves, whose sound is brighter and cleaner in this instance – in fact there’s barely a trace of the unrepentant fuzz that they were once better known for.
