Watch Atlas Sound Play On A New York Rooftop

Bradford Cox performs for Ryan McGinley’s photography show

Artist: Atlas Sound

Record Label: 4AD

Genre: dream-pop

Last week Atlas Sound performed in an unusual location: on the roof of Team Gallery, located in New York’s SoHo, for friend Ryan McGinley’s photography show. As usual, Cox performed alone, accompanied by his guitar and a nice range of effect pedals. After a first song that we understand is new, and “Te Amo”, the police ordered the concert to a halt, so it continued on in acoustic format inside of the gallery. Pitchfork’s cameras were there to record it.
