Toddla-T is acting as A&R for his label Girls Music, and among the things he has found in his native Sheffield is Walter Ego, a producer and DJ who doesn’t hesitate to shift from garage to house and from there to grime. In "Set Off" we see him hijacking the stabs that Wiley used in "Ice Rink" to make a sort of version of the legendary “eski riddim” with rhythm. He is accompanied by ex-Roll Deep Trim, who will debut solo this year on Rinse Recordings. "Set Off" will go on sale at the end of August.
