Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs

Trouble (YouTube edit)

Artist: Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs

Between the weird name, the milky freckled baby face, the voice both sugary and lazy and his infallible dance-pop invitations to dance, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs has managed to burn his image onto our collective memory. When he puts out a song it’s like we’ve been listening to it half of our lives. It sounds so familiar, it’s so catchy and friendly, that we see Orlando Higginbottom as a little brother, a “home-made” version of Hot Chip without the eccentricities. “Trouble” is his new single, available on iTunes from 2nd May as an advance track of the EP that will be released on 20th June.
