Jasper Baydala directed a video with a vintage, amateur feel for TOPS' “Rings Of Saturn”, with a photography looking very much like old VHS footage. But these images were shot only a few months back. The Montreal band have just released their debut album, “Tender Opposites”, on Arbutus Records.
