Bill Ryder-Jones, who was the guitarist in The Coral until 2008, presents the video clip for “Give Me A Name”, off his debut album, “If…”. The elegant piece features sumptuous chords and a sober piano, perhaps drawing on his work as a composer of soundtracks for short films. Although it might make you think that the video was filmed in the middle of an area at war, nothing could be further from the truth: it was filmed in Salford, England.
