Here's another Flaming Lips double whammy: on one hand there's the dazzling animated video they made for their collaboration with Prefuse 73, the, er… flaming “Supermoon Made Me Want To Pee”, from their recent “The Flaming Lips And Heady Fwends” (listen to it here). Plenty of irreverence, intergalactic high jinks and a spinning skull. On the other hand, the Oklahoma City band has covered the legendary “God Only Knows” by The Beach Boys. Coyne and his boys take it to psychedelic territory, of course.
