The roster of this last Roskilde was mind-blowing. Thanks to the festival, we’ve been able to enjoy inimitable creative synergies like hearing Bruce Springsteen with The Roots. The Boss invited the Philadelphia group to join his E Street Band to reclaim “E Street Shuffle”, which was on his second album, “The Wild, The Innocent and the E Street Shuffle” (Sony, 1973), making the Danish festival’s main stage into a true party. It’s not often that one gets to see so much talent per square meter.
