There's a bit of Actress in Patten. In his evasive character, in his way of approaching sound, in his way of curbing the materials to the point of making them sound strange and familiar at the same time. “Fire Dream” is rave music from a dystopian future, pure brain dance, a key to Vurt. We've heard two songs already off of “GLAQJO XAACSSO”, Patten's debut album on No Pain In Pop; we're more convinced every time. There are dragons here, ladies and gentlemen, dragons and honey. We'll have to start the adventure here - before going beyond its frontiers on the 26th of September.
