As was to be expected, remixes of tracks from “Player Piano”, the second album by Memory Tapes (out tomorrow), are starting to surface already. For example, Jensen Sportag, one of the latest and most interesting signings of Cascine, has remixed “Wait In The Dark”. The new version moves in waters similar to the original, maximising the intoxicating dose of soft-rock to get you floating on an almost disco rhythm. Refreshing, slightly danceable and extremely irresistible. This track and two other remixes can be found on a free EP prepared by Dayve Hawk for his upcoming European tour, which starts this week.
