For a few minutes, while we were watching the video of “Girl Gone Wild”, Madonna had us thinking of Dita, the character from the controversial book “Sex”. The piece, directed by photographers Mert & Marcus (responsible for the graphic promotion of “MDNA”), is full of high-heeled dancers, impossible poses and plenty of homo-erotica. However, with videos like “Erotica” and “Justify My Love” still in mind, la Ciccone has gone a bit decaf over the years.
