The cameras get close to the LA artist at her gig at the Cafe Glassell and capture her performance of “Moni Mon Amie”, the psychedelic chanson from her recently released “Ektasis” (RVNG Intl., 2012), one of the most acclaimed albums on PlayGround so far this year. The piece, intimate in its original version, demanded a discreet interpretation, even more minimal, and that's what she did. Holter and her voice and piano, under Nate Chan's supervision.
