With “Arem” already in the shops since Monday, Stay+ have got our attention again, this time visually. There is already a video clip for “Hush Money”, a cut that never strays too far from the duo’s sound postulates. It insists on an electronic formula with a rave genome—here grafting on cuttings of drum'n'bass and UK garage amidst voices with the pitch altered—and a ghostly look that always manages to cause discomfort. The video places its bets on capturing the circular movements of a series of people, all festival-goers, with a hula hoop around their waist. Anything goes when spreading discomfort.
