Nick Talbot (alias Gravenhurst), aware of the incredible archive of material that Jenny Coan has, asked her to handle the directing of “The Prize”, the first video clip from his imminent new album for Warp, “The Ghost In Daylight” (on sale as of 1st May). The award-winning archivist - who has even collaborated with the king of appropriation and media art, Damien Hirst - dug around in the tons of videos she has access to in order to put together a custom-made science fiction piece with a marked retro accent.
