A video for “Heartpound”, the acid side of the recent 12” by FunkinEven for Egloo, has just been launched. It’s a video made up basically of found footage which, by way of a frenetic cut and paste, is the perfect visual translation of a track that is a monument to jackin’: angular, beaten-up, electronic, acidified house led by a box capable of trepanning your brains along a undulating, incisive 303 line that nowadays strikes us as better than any other synthetic drug.
