In his remix of Lindstrøm’s “Call Me Anytime”, the illuminated Oneohtrix Point Never makes the song into a beatific mantra, that keeps emotions at the same stratospheric levels as those achieved by his recent version of “I Only Have Eyes For You”. The revision forms a part of a 12” of remixes completed by Ariel Pink’s Haunted Graffiti and Mark McGuire from Emeralds. It will see the light on the 25th via Smalltown Supersound.
