As we told you a few days ago, The Flaming Lips are getting ready for the release of “The Flaming Lips And Heady Fwends”, an album featuring collaborations with a string of indie and not-so-indie stars, due out on 21st April, Record Store Day. One of the guests is Bon Iver, singing on “Ashes In The Air”. If you thought you'd find a piece of accessible and heart-felt folk, go look elsewhere; this is another dense slice of psychedelia, like most of the stuff Wayne Coyne and company have been putting out in recent times.
