Miguel Barros, better known as Pional, is a Spanish electronic producer and musician from Madrid. He's currently signed to Barcelona label Hivern Discs. He started producing music under the moniker of Alt Fenster, a project heavily influenced by the atmospheric techno of British label Border Community. In 2009 he started making tracks using his present alias, focussing more on a pop and cosmic house influenced sound. That same year he sent a demo of the track “In Another Room” to Hivern Discs (on which he had already released as Alt Fenster) and the label decided to release it. In January 2010, Pional made his debut with “A Moot Point”. After another single on Hivern, he released two EPs on the German Permanent Vacation label – in addition to collaborating on John Talabot's debut album. Pional has remixed tracks by artists like Space Ranger, Stainboy, Cora Novoa and Daniel Solar.
