The elusive patten (sic) is preparing to make his album debut with “GLAQJO XAACSSO”, on No Pain In Pop. As a first advance track of the promising LP, here we have “Blush Mosaic”. It's a complicated and cerebral composition, on which the London producer revitalises the influence of nineties “intelligent techno” - with misty textures and disjointed, crude rhythms - without leaving out a certain pop element. The song comes accompanied by a video directed by Jane Eastlight, featuring a set of abstract textures with some “real” shots filtering through. A more than exciting first contact with an album that will be out on 26th September and which could be one of the big surprises of the season.
