First, his debut album was leaked one month before its release (Ninja Tune named the person they considered guilty and, of course, a controversy ensued), then a large proportion of the copies pressed got lost in the Sony warehouse fire. Panic on the streets of London, as Morrissey sang. All in all, “Watch Me Dance” (Ninja Tune, 2011) has had what we call a rocky start. But the show must go on. Ninja Tune continues to release the singles, and the latest one, “Streets So Warm”, provided Toddla T with an excuse to walk around the hot streets of Kingston, Jamaica, in the company of Wayne Marshall. The song will be released as a single on the 17th of October, featuring remixes by Zed Bias, Serial Killaz and Ross Orton.
