4AD Shares The Trailer Of The Latest From Scott Walker
This is how “Bish Bosch” was recorded
London label 4AD has just made public a video that allows us to have a look inside the recording studio where “Bish Bosch”, Scott Walker ’s new album, was recorded. A radical, unpredictable creator since his return with “Tilt” (1995), it’s always an exciting mystery to find out what sort of nuances the reclusive Walker will have given to his music of the spheres. The video shows us keyboards, wailing guitars, gongs, jingle bells, marbles, iPads and even jungle machetes, while in the background we hear fragments of “See You Don't Bump His Head”, “Tar”, “Dimple”, “Corps De Blah”, “Phrasing” and “Epizootics!”, six of the nine songs on the album.
