Hear Real Estate’s 'Tiny Desk Concert'
The group from Ridgewood performed three pieces from their new album
If one of your dreams is to have Real Estate play in your house so that you can see them close up, but you don’t have enough money to make this happen, here is something that will make your sorrow easier to bear. The people at NPR Music called them up to perform three songs in their offices as a part of their Tiny Desk Concerts series, and the New Jersey group did so with great professionalism. The repertoire included three tracks from their second album, “Days” (Domino, 2011). This is how “ Easy”, “ Green Aisles” and “ Municipality” sounded at the NPR offices.
