After all the acclaim from the bass world for his debut release, young TJ Hertz, alias Objekt, now has his second record ready. The Briton based in Berlin presents two new cuts, “CLK Recovery” and “Unglued”, again to be released as a hand-stamped white label later this month. Although in this recent interview he says he never thought of making a crossover between techno and dubstep, it’s obvious Hertz has found fertile ground at that intersection. And without any tricks or forced twists. The evidence is on “CLK Recovery”, a driving techno track that, apart from its force, maintains the freshness of a man who’s not afraid of adventure. After the jump you’ll find an excerpt of the 9-minute track.
