With this alias (there’s no way the guy would reveal his real name), it’s not difficult to deduce Deadboy is into the sinister, into terror B-movies and, in general, into stuff related to the dead. His first tracks featured rhythms and samples from zombie films (hence his name). So it’s no surprise to discover he’s used a series of classic films to pull off a new mix in tribute the imagery of Halloween. Deadboy hasn’t dropped the tracklist, but he’s said there’s some music taken from the scores of “The Fog”, “Zombie Flesh Eaters”, “Suspiria”, “The Beyond”, “Zombi” and “Blakula”... so no garage or tuned R&B this time. A trick or a treat?
