Cults invited Noisey’s cameras to come and film them for a documentary that discovers what’s behind the young New York couple. In April, they were followed by the crew, before, during and after a gig at The Independent in San Francisco. The duo remembers the help they’ve had over the Internet, talk about these exciting times for modern music and tell curious anecdotes: Madeline Follin, the female half of the group, played a Dee Dee Ramone record when she was little, friends compare them to Fleetwood Mac, and admirers declare their love for the adorable Follin. The video show us what they’re like live on stage, and given their relatively short live career, their upcoming gig at San Miguel Primavera Sound 2011 on 26th May promises to be great. We think it’s now safe to say that “Abducted” will be one of the hits of the summer. Check it out below. San Miguel Primavera Sound 2011 takes place on 25 and 29 May at Poble Español, and from 26 to 28 May at Parc del Forum in Barcelona. Tickets are on sale here.
